Anyone recognise this? I've been told it's a Ford.

This i believe is a van which was used by Fidel Castro in the Cuban revolution 1959? it is pictured in the grounds of the museum in havana old town. you can just make the boat inside the museum called GRANMA which he used to land on cuba.
