Its a beautiful truck! My brother ran a model similar to this one in the early 70's, his was a tipper chassis though, but apart from that exactly the same. His was 67 I think, reg no was SWB193F

We had a Reiver tipper like this about 1978, reg. CSK 244F. I wonder has this Reiver had a replacement cab at some time, as only the AEC and Leyland models came with back window as standard. Some of these are still working in Malta. We ran a lot of lad cabbed Albions, but the tilt cab one was comfy and quiet compared to them. Happy days.

This was my Grandad's truck, his pride and joy. Sadly rust got the better of it, and it really needed another cab. Even after several years of being left outside in all weathers it always started first time. I think the truck is now in Malta.

The lorry is a 6X4 not 6x6 as only the rear wheels are driven. Like the AEC the motif across the front doesn't half make for an attractive lorry.
